As a owner of 6 adorable cats and a experienced business owner, Rizzwan always have a intriguing question while spending his time with his furry ones. Why and how come the necessities of these lovely kitties are so expensive? Is that why the industry is booming? With these thoughts in mind, he kicked off on an incredible journey and findings. Actually for a fact, products prices are controlled differently depending on the regions and they can be cheaper! He gathered a team and kickstarted Whisk Traven and with the “secret language” of felines in the industry, together they manage to secure cheaper yet quality assure products and brands for the 5 furry ones. But they did not stop there, it’s only fair to share it with all Paw Parents!

The Whisk Traven fam explored the chchatuchak pet market in Bangkok, Thailand as well as many other pet shops there to understand the pet industry outside of Singapore so that we can cater the best for all the Pawple in Singapore.
Indonesia
The team visited a kibble factory & the local pet shops/grooming places at Batam, Indonesia to study the trait of the business in Indonesia. This is crucial for our future when we start producing our own kibbles as well as give us the opportunity to view many potential places for our future franchising plans.

Manila, Philippines
The team is here at Manila Philippines to explore more about the local Pet Village at Tiendesitas. We also visited the PAWS Animal Rehabilitation Centre. Furthermore, we went around Manila to meet up with our potential landlords for our future flagship store, coming up very soon!
Indonesia
Our Managing Director, Founder, Rizzwan Yusoff ventured into Indonesia, searching for more suppliers and partnerships. There, he visited a wood carving workshop for crafting customised Cat Condos and homes! He also went into a premium glass making factory, which had a variety of carefully handcrafted glass sculptures that can used for aquatics & other smaller animals.
Joyful Pet's Day Out Singapore
The Whisk Traven fam basked in the sun and joined in on the joyful Pet's Day Out hosted by Clubpets at the Garden house, Jurong Lake Gardens! We engaged in many fruitful discussions with local suppliers, in preparation for our physical shop opening.
